On Tuesday, July 17 Chef/Co-Owner Bruce Kalman and Partner Marie Petulla of UNION will host an exclusive wine dinner featuring one of their favorite winemakers, Jeff Fischer and his collection from Habit Wine. The evening will feature a seasonally prepared 5-course dinner created by Chef Kalman and Chef de Cuisine, Sasha Grumman. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a dynamic glass of wine from Fischer’s sought-out collection.
The Union team has been working with Fischer and Habit Wine since first opening in 2014 and is excited to finally host their first collaborative dinner together. Fischer’s catalog of wines is the perfect complement to Union’s beloved rustic seasonal dishes that pay tribute to Northern-Italian cooking.
