Laura Avery is at the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market Manager. This week she talks to Bruce Kalman, chef/owner of Union in Pasadena about how he’s preparing Santa Barbara spot prawns.
She also speaks to Captain Ben Hyman, owner of Wild Local Seafood. Hyman sells sustainably caught local seafood at the Saturday Pico and Sunday Mar Vista Farmers’ Markets.
