This week we’re getting praises for our peaches. We’d like to thank the farmers.

Union: Chef Bruce Kalman features peaches prominently on the ‘From the Field’ section of his Pasadena restaurant menu. And they’re served simply: roasted slices share a wood slab with Grist & Toll farro, grilled radicchio and aged balsamic (pictured above).
