Chef Kalman at “The Taste” in LA: Aug. 30th

Bruce Kalman (Union) will provide insights on shopping the farmers market, taking a look at the history and influence of The French Laundry, and an exploration of foraged and found foods.

Chef Kalman will be speaking at “The Taste” on Sat., Aug. 30th, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. during “Field to Fork.” It’s hosted by Russ Parsons, Times Food Editor, and Nancy Silverton, Chef/Co-Owner of Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza.
