Roasted Figs

Figs are just starting to come into season and Bruce Kalman has an easy way you can prepare them at home. A fabulous, easy dish for a dinner party or potluck summer event.

Cut the figs in half and roast them on a baking sheet with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary.

Once you’ve got them at an appropriate crispiness, pull them out, plate and drizzle with your favorite local honey.

Serve and say “yum”!
